Dear Students and Families,


Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year at Plainfield Public Schools! We are excited to have you join our school community and look forward to a year filled with growth, achievement, and meaningful experiences for all students.


As part of our commitment to organization, communication, and student safety, we utilize FinalForms in our athletic program as our official platform for student registration and information management. This system allows families to conveniently complete required forms, update important contact and medical information, and ensure that all necessary documentation is on file for the upcoming school year.


We ask that all parents/guardians and students carefully review and complete each section within FinalForms. Accurate and up-to-date information is essential in helping us provide a safe, efficient, and supportive environment for every student-athlete.


For students planning to participate in athletics FinalForms is especially important. Completion of all required forms—including health and eligibility documentation—is mandatory prior to participation. This helps ensure compliance with school policies, as well as state and interscholastic guidelines.


At Plainfield Public Schools, we take great pride in fostering a positive school culture built on respect, responsibility, and pride. We encourage all students to get involved, challenge themselves, and take full advantage of the opportunities available both inside and outside the classroom.
